Administration Department observe, ensure and execute the rules, regulations, procedures and decisions of the Authority pertaining to procurement & organizational support services under the approved budget and in accordance with PPRA Rules in transparent manner. Admn Deptt also provides organizational support services for all employees/units of OGRA’s head office and its regional offices, different types of procurement, services and building matters are being dealt by Admn Deptt. R&I section, Transport section, OGRA’s store, Reception Desk including security services and building matter are being managed by the Admn Deptt. Admn Deptt is executing various types of work i.e. preparation of Tender Notices, pre-qualification of firms, auction matters, procurements of machinery, furniture & fixtures, payment of utilities bills, security, janitorial & courier services, fire & group insurance claims, rent of office building, Contract/Lease agreement, stationery, printing material, hiring of consultancy services, purchase of Computer accessories. Liaison with other procurement and civic agencies for contract, execution of work and timely payment of invoices.
